Europe already holds most of the materials it needs for construction. What is missing is the person who knows where they are, what they are worth, and who needs them next: the material broker. 

Circular[x]Change, the European network for practical reuse in construction, opens its 2026 edition for one public day. Practitioners from across Europe share how brokerage works on real projects, alongside sessions on regulation, the economics of reuse, and live demonstrations of the tools the field depends on.
